| After I was able to collect some genealogy
information and put it into my Family Treemaker software I was on my way to making my
first genealogy book. Once I made the first one I discovered that it would make a
wonderful Christmas gift for the kids and grandkids, aunts and uncles. I purchased several 2" - 3" 3 ring binders, and printed a
genealogy register of each family line. I then placed them in their own section of the
book with dividers. Some of the books I placed each sheet (double sided) in a plastic
sleeve.
I then included family stories and lots of pictures. It made a
wonderful gift for each family. You can decorate the front of the book as you desire and
always add to it as more information comes along. (or new family members). |
